So yeah, after a weekend recovering from my holiday, tomorrow I’m back at work again. It’s all a bit new actually – we have a new management chain, a new mission, and I have a new job description. Aside from that, it’s the same old show… I’m looking forward to it.

I just got back from a great week sailing – the weekend round the Solent with a great bunch of people; some of which I already knew, and some I was meeting for the first time. Absolutely brilliant weekend – loads of fun people and a good sail into the bargain

After the weekend a few of us (Ben, Jules, Paul and myself) took one of the boats – “Trouble Maker” – and we spent the rest of the week sailing her to France (via Poole) and back. Again, a brilliant time.

I just wish I could go sailing more often. On that theme, I’m trying to get a few friends together, and perhaps charter a boat at the end of September. It wouldn’t be the nicest time to go sailing, but it’s either then or not at all, as we’re fast approaching the end of the season
